Strathclyde 16/6/2014

Meeting Details

The next QUISCO Meeting at the University of Strathclyde on Monday the 16th June. We have now confirmed that Professor Andrew Daley and Dr Sarah Croke will both be speaking.

To start the day we will have a student/postdoc led session where the speaker will have three minutes to explain the issue that their research is investigating. Given the short time the descriptions should be very broad and introductory using only the white board and any props that you wish to bring. If you would like to discuss your
research please let us know and we will give you a time slot.

We will dedicate a section on answering all your burning questions about quantum physics that you have never been brave enough to ask! For this we created a doodle poll and we ask that you anonymously post in the comments section of the doodle poll, if you see a question that you would like to answer please let us know.

The programme is subject to change and titles of talks will be confirmed closer to the date.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Kaila and Electra
